Our mutual NDA is designed specifically for technology consulting engagements. It covers both sides equally — your confidential business information is protected, and so is ours.

Business strategies, financial information, and operational data
System architecture, Salesforce configurations, and ERP data structures
Customer lists, pricing, and commercial terms
Any information shared during discovery, scoping, or proposal discussions

Key terms at a glance

Mutual protection — both parties are bound equally. Not a one-sided vendor agreement.
3-year term with a 2-year survival period — total of 5 years of protection from the date of disclosure.
No obligation to proceed — signing the NDA doesn't commit either party to an engagement.
Electronic execution accepted — DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or email confirmation.
Governed by Ontario law.
